Shipping is a big concern at Ron Ayers Motorsports, so we try to be as up front as possible. We use FedEx® as our primary shipper.

We have calculated shipping costs for our regular ground and expedited shipping services based on your order cost. We believe that our formulas provide the best combination of value and service, by offering optimal pricing on multiple shipping options. Determining your shipping costs is simple, and offers flexibility in a menu system.

Once you have selected items for your shopping cart, you may enter the zip code for the ship-to address. This destination information, combined with your order cost, permits us to calculate your shipping rate and an approximate delivery schedule for the shipping options available. At that point you may return to the shopping area and add items to your cart, or provide the necessary customer information to process your order.

Payment is due at the time of your order, to insure the quickest processing, commitment and shipment from our suppliers. Shipping charges are calculated for continental US only! International shipping is not available at this time. We will gladly ship to Canada (UPS® Only), Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, but the shipping options are limited. Shipping to Canada is double the ground rate for the US, with the exception of tires. Canada shipping charges do not include taxes and brokerage fees. Some parts are considered "Oversized" and cannot be expedited, or will incur additional charges. These parts include, but are not limited to frames, ATV plastics, chemicals and other extremely large parts. If an item is too large to ship or will incur additional charges, we will contact you before we charge your card.

Complete orders are shipped the same day. If you would like an order to be shipped separate please contact us beforehand.

Critical orders from the manufacturers do not apply to the prices listed, but are available. This special service must be requested over the phone. Typically, critical orders from the manufacturer are double the normal next day air charge.
